Ticket Cancellation Procedure

Updated: Oct 4, 2021

Due to the recent decision to have maximum 5,000 people in the city, in order to maintain the city as planned, the ticket price had to be raised.

Full refund will be handed to any ticket that was fully paid and that was cancelled before October 8th. Please notice that a 3% cancelation fee will not be refunded.

The ticket price is made up of two parts:

donation + ticket price - e.g. adult ticket:

A donation of 210 NIS (which is nonrefundable) and the ticket price 860 NIS (including 3% clearing fee which is nonrefundable).

We refer to the purchasing date as the original date in which you bought the ticket, and not the time where you were making the extra payment for the new full price.

Please notice - that in case that the event will be cancelled, you could get a full refund (minus 3% credit clearing or a donation to the city that you may kindly add) or you could keep the money in the city and by that promise yourself the participation in the new city next year.

The law permits participants to cancel a purchase 14 days from its transaction date, as long as the cancellation is done at least 7 days before the event’s start date.

Any such cancellation the buyer will be eligible for a monetary refund for the actual paid price, of which 210 NIS is deducted as donation to the event production, and deduction of 3% as clearing fee.
