Electricity supplier

The electricity in the city will be provided by an external supplier. Anyone can order electricity. In the attached form are the list price and the terms of engagement with the supplier.

No generators are allowed in the Midburn city (we wish it was possible, but it is related to licensing issues). You are more than encouraged to use solar power.
