A ticket purchased according to law can be canceled up to 14 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the opening date of the event. Cancellation will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

  • Cancellation of a regular ticket (any ticket that is not a class / installation / camp participant ticket) - please contact the ticketing department at: Tickets@midburn.org and write in the email header: "Cancel ticket".
    The full name of the event card purchaser, the card number you want to cancel, the email with which the card was purchased, the order number, a photocopy of the cardholder's ID card and the other 4 digits of the credit card with which he purchased it must be attached to the email.

  1. Purchase a ticket and cancel a transaction

    1. Payment for the tickets will be made by credit card only. It will be clarified that the payment itself is made through an external clearing system which will be operated by an external company (hereinafter: "the clearing company"). Defined as the date of commencement of the event in the field, ie - 5/9/2021 (hereinafter: "the date of commencement of the event").

    3. After the cancellation of the transaction by the purchaser as stated above, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the price actually paid, less a cancellation fee in the amount of 5% of the transaction price. The purchaser and / or anyone on his behalf will have no claim against the association regarding the said deduction.

    4. In the event that the event is canceled for any reason independent of its organizers, such as but not limited to, cancellation due to the Corona epidemic (hereinafter: "forced cancellation"), until 5/9/2021, the buyer will be entitled to a refund In the amount of 15% and the purchaser and / or anyone on his behalf will have no claim against the association regarding the said deduction.

    5. To the extent that the event cancels a forced cancellation, as defined above, from 5/9/21 onwards, and / or is terminated after its commencement, the purchaser will not be entitled to any refund. The purchaser and / or anyone on his behalf will have no claim against the association regarding the aforesaid.

    6. For the avoidance of doubt, the site and / or association managers will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, financial or otherwise, caused to the buyer as a result of purchasing tickets on the site and / or as a result of canceling or postponing any event.

    7. The card is personal and can be transferred no later than 7 business days before the start date of the event, as defined above, subject to the conditions of transfer of tickets of the association and its approval.
